Refund Policy

1. The guarantee

Every Pro license purchased through linhvu.net is covered by a 7-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason — it doesn’t fit your workflow, you bought the wrong product, you changed your mind — email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid, including applicable tax. No questions asked, no forms to fill, no interrogation.

2. How to request a refund

Email license@linhvu.net (or reply to your license delivery email) from the address you purchased with.
Say you’d like a refund — that’s the whole request. Mentioning the product helps us process it faster, but even that is optional.
We confirm within 2 business days and submit the refund to Paddle, our merchant of record.

Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically appears within 3–10 business days after we submit it.

3. What happens to your license

After a refund, the license key is retired from our records and should be removed from your devices (Command Palette → Remove License). The free version of the extension keeps working exactly as before — a refund never uninstalls anything or locks you out of the free tier.

4. Scope

Covers all Pro purchases — annual and perpetual, every product (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NATS Explorer Pro).
The 7-day window starts at the purchase date shown on your Paddle receipt. For annual renewals, the guarantee applies to the most recent renewal payment.
The extensions themselves are free — there is nothing to refund for them.

5. Honest limits

The guarantee is intentionally generous because it builds the kind of trust we’d want as buyers. Two things keep it sustainable: one refund per product per customer (repeated buy-refund cycles fall outside the policy), and refund requests after the 7-day window are handled case by case — we’ll always listen, we just can’t promise the automatic 100%.
